I'm a final-year law student at Cumberland School of Law, specializing in intellectual property law—specifically trademarks, patent litigation, and creator law in the fashion, music, and makeup industries.
My Journey
I'm a first-generation law student who moved from New York to Alabama to pursue law school. Those first months? Tough. I struggled to find my footing in a completely new place. But I found my voice through content creation and law school competitions, and that changed everything.
Creating content connected me with young women who had the same questions and doubts I did. Through it, I've mentored over 10 girls through law school applications, IP law exploration, and finding their confidence.
Why IP Law?
Entrepreneurship runs in my family. Growing up watching my family build businesses, I fell in love with the idea of protecting what creators build—their brands, their innovations, their art. IP law sits at the intersection of creativity and commerce, and as a content creator myself, I understand why legal protection matters. This isn't just law to me—it's personal.
